Puppy yoga is exactly what it sounds like: a yoga class with puppies. Here’s how it works. We open our Sarasota location early, before the bar opens to the public, for a private class led by instructor Kate. You’ll move through a gentle, beginner-to-intermediate flow while a group of adoptable rescue puppies from EIO Rescue Ranch roam the room, climb into laps, and do more or less whatever they want. That’s not a distraction from the class. It’s the entire point. There’s something genuinely relaxing and renewing about spending a slow morning with puppies. No agenda, no rush, just breathing, stretching, and a lot of soft ears to scratch. No experience needed.

Do I Need To Be Good At Yoga?
No. If you can sit on a mat and let a puppy walk on you, you are fully qualified. The instructor keeps it beginner-friendly.
Can I Actually Adopt One?
Yes — every puppy is available through EIO Rescue Ranch, and they’ll have someone on-site to walk you through what’s next. No pressure, no obligation.
What If I Just Want To Hold Puppies And Skip The Yoga?
A completely valid life choice, and also roughly the entire point. Nobody’s checking your form.
Can I Bring My Own Dog?
Not to this one — the floor is puppies-only so everyone stays safe and calm. (The rest of the time, Dog Bar is very much your dog’s bar.)
Can I Bring My Kids?
We’d suggest 16 and up. Younger guests are welcome by request only — just reach out before you book and we’ll make it work.
What’s The Refund Policy?
Can’t make it? You can either donate your ticket price to the rescue or request a refund — whichever you’d prefer.
